Chad has held various roles in the corporate sector from procurement, sales, contract negotiations and to pricing. With his most recent role in pricing and contract negotiation it seemed fitting for him jump into real estate. Chad is very numbers driven and analytical which is a great perspective to have during a real estate transaction as sometimes emotions need to be put to the side to produce the best outcome for all parties. Chad is an asset to The Brittany Cox Group as he brings big picture thinking and a goal-oriented approach to helping grow the team and its service offering.
